Our reservation policy is intended to be fair to and with all of our guests, yet prevent loss of income to our business. Our business depends on advance reservations. Therefore, cancellations can be costly. Once we reserve a cabin for you, we remove that cabin from the market, refusing all other requests for the cabin. Advance reservations for the dates between Memorial Day and the Labor Day weekend require a four night minimum. A credit card or check is required to reserve your cabin. A deposit of $100.00 for 4 nights or more, and $100.00 for ANY Holiday weekend, $50.00 for 1 - 3 nights, per cabin reserved, will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. Balance can be paid at time of check-in by personal check, travelers check, money orders, credit card or cash. Deposit money will be refunded only if cancellation is received in time to fully fill the vacancy. "No Shows" will be charged to their credit card the full rate for the entire number of days reserved. You will be charged for the number of days reserved, including late arrivals or early departures.
You will be responsible for damages done by you, your family, your guests, or your pet, to the cabins, or any facility of the resort. Please pay for any damage before you leave, honesty is always good for the heart. We cannot be responsible for fire, theft, accident or injury to guests or their belongings. |
